  A jig hook or a fish hook for a jig is a constructively special, not the most popular element of a jig rig, but noteworthy.  Design feature of jigs hooks is its angular bend on the submaiden , thanks to which jig baits keep more reliably and do not slide at throwing. This feature allows to sustain considerable loadings in process of a catching a predator and serves for prevention of extension of a hook.
